We are all very excited about the news that a new species of fish has been named after our very own Professor Keith Crook, SCMDC Associate Member and partner of our longest standing Board Member Dr Anne Felton.  As quoted in the article in the Canberra Times ‘It’s named in honour of its Eden origins and Professor Keith Crook of the former ANU geology department, who now lives there and pioneered geological work in the region.’

Congratulations Keith!  You can read the whole story here:  http://www.canberratimes.com.au/act-news/origin-of-the-species-might-need-rethink-20130307-2fonr.html
