The Board of Directors of Eden Marine Centre Ltd. (Trustee for The Eden Whale Discovery Centre Research Trust and trading as “Sapphire Coast Marine Discovery Centre”) signed off on a new Constitution recently and we have been advised that it has now been processed by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission.  Click here for a copy of the document.
