Our new Associate Members gathered for their first meeting last night and their first Agenda item was to elect a Delegate to represent the Associate Member group on the Board of Directors.  Two Associate Members were nominated:  Libby Hepburn and John Aveyard, with John gaining the majority vote.  John will now attend Board Meetings on behalf of the Associate Members, bringing a new dimension to the organisation.  Through the Delegate, Associate Members will have a better understanding of how the organisation operates and have input to its future plans.
