The Sapphire Coast Marine Discovery Centre would like to congratulate Lachlan Mitchell from Eden, NSW on winning the National Science Week Photo Scavenger Hunt.

Lachlan won a limited edition  LEGO® set of the CSIRO research vessel the Investigator. Only 100 of these sets have been designed and produced for Australia.

Lachlan had a number of great photos of the local marine life including some beautiful pictures of a seal at the Eden wharf.

We would like to thank all the entrants in the competition, there was a lot of hard work put into getting all the photos and we hope a lot of fun as well.
